  My experience here is always terrible, I wait for 20 minutes on my food to be prepared wrong and another 10 for them to fix it. They always know I said no lettuce as it said on my receipt, and they put it on there anyways everytime. I get cold chicken from there ALL the time! I know I have called in over 10 times on complaints due to them slopping my food together. Plus the cashier coughed and sneezed on my debit card then handed it back then she handled my food..placing it in a bag without gloves and of course not washing her hands! I always go back in hopes of better service and or management, but when the girl at the register is telling me about her old man going to prison and she is the smartest of the crew she works with, it doesn't say much about who they hire there.

  Taco bell's food is a good value for most of it, but the staff has been really awesome the last two times I've been to this specific one. I've been at night between 8p and 9p and they have been very helpful and friendly each time. Keep up the good work guys!
